Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Purpose: To manage the below responsibilities of the Development & QC section:
- Conducting periodical meeting with the staff and sub-siderites involved in the development, quality plans and procedures.
- Preparing, implementing and monitoring the procedures that ensure the perception, understanding and Implementation of the development & quality plans and procedures.
- Presenting the necessary suggestions and recommendations to the management, related to the Quality and Development procedures, then follow-up on the implementation.
- Coordinating with the external parties and subsidiaries- involved in COMPANY projects, to ensure the implementation of the quality requirements.
- Coordination between the Dev. & QC section, other companies, dept., sections and units, to ensure the quality of the unit's work progress and quality.
- Deciding on the procedures that ensure the quality of Dev. & QC section work progress and issuance of internal circulars accordingly.
- Assisting in the follow-up ,coordination and implementation of COMPANY companies/dept.s/sections/units "Development Plans"
- Planning and implementing the performance development procedures, in addition to the development of the leadership, technical and management skills, to achieve the peak qualification and performance level.
- Arranging the external surveys for: Performance evolution for COMPANY engineering companies’ staff, in addition to monitoring internal and external client satisfaction. Then accordingly arranging the corrective actions.
- Supervising identifying COMPANY work progress resource requirements and following-up on facilitating them.
- The resources are, but not limited to: Technical soft wares for the design, drawing drafting, archiving project management, cost estimation, control drafting procedures for the resources applications to ensure the peak work performance.
- Supervising facilitating, organizing and managing the references, magazines and publications to ensure their viewing and accordingly work development.
- Participating in the interviews and tests for recruiting all candidates, then arranging their orientation, to ensure the perception for COMPANY companies’ organization system, functional relationships, their job criteria, responsibilities, assigned tasks, and projects, then facilitating them with necessary documents and information.
- To conduct similar tasks to the above mentioned scope of work, required by COMPANY companies.

Supervising, developing and monitoring the implementation of the below for the COMPANY Engineering companies operations, in coordination with other relevant companies, sections and units:
- Process flow diagrams, general and specialized policies ,procedures, forms and manuals
- Managing the development and update of the above procedures
- Training, testing and evaluating the staff, for the implementation of the above

Requirements

- Bachelor in Civil Engineer or Architectural
- Minimum of 12 years’ experience

- Performance developments tools and techniques

- Customer satisfaction ISO 10001
- Quality management in projects ISO 10006
