A large organization in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Head of Recruitment and lead a team of 6-7 people. This role will be responsible for the design of the TA strategy which will cover international hiring into the region.

A large organization based in Abu Dhabi with an employee workforce of over 2000.
Description
* Lead a team of 6-7, supporting operational recruitment and identifying coaching opportunities
* Prepare recruiting plans in line with commercial strategy
* Devise innovative and creative methods to attract new talent
* Be a senior member of the HR team working on TA strategy design
* Create and develop reports and presentations for senior stakeholders
* Maintain manpower plan
* Handle senior hiring when required
* Recruitment process optimisation
Job Offer
* Salary up to AED 40,000.
* Role is based in Abu Dhabi - candidates will ideally be based in the city
Requirements
* University degree a must and a HR certification would be a plus
* Experience with large volume recruitment numbers/lifecycles is a MUST ideally across multiple skill sets including high level technical in a multinational organization
* Proven experience implementing best practice process
* 10+ years in a TA role, with experience of leading a team
* Strong communication skills are essential, proven experience working with senior stakeholders
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment and be self managed
