Head of Regional Logistics – Aviation & Aerospace

eMagine Solutions is engaged by a global aviation and aerospace company to recruit a Head of Regional Logistics for the Middle East, based in Dubai. This senior role will lead end-to-end logistics for spare parts, MRO support and critical supply chains across the region.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead regional logistics strategy and execution for aviation and aerospace operations across the Middle East
• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, warehousing, distribution and inventory management for spare parts and MRO materials
• Ensure high service levels and availability for critical components supporting airline and defense customers
• Optimize logistics networks, transport modes and inventory policies to balance cost, service and risk
• Implement and enhance logistics systems, processes and KPIs (including WMS, TMS and ERP integration)
• Manage relationships with logistics partners, freight forwarders, carriers and internal stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement, standardization and compliance with aviation and export control regulations
• Lead and develop a regional logistics team, fostering a culture of accountability and performance
• Contribute to regional and global supply chain projects, including new facility set-ups and transformation initiatives

• 12–18+ years’ experience in logistics and supply chain, with significant exposure to aviation, aerospace or high-value technical industries
• Strong background in regional logistics management, including warehousing, distribution and inventory planning
• Experience supporting MRO, spare parts or critical service supply chains
• Solid understanding of international trade, customs, export controls and compliance
• Proven ability to design and optimize logistics networks and processes
• Strong systems knowledge (WMS, TMS, ERP) and data-driven decision-making skills
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing regional or multi-country teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in the Middle East is preferred; based in or willing to relocate to Dubai

Salary:
AED 75,000 to 82,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
