Job description / Role
Our client is currently looking for a Head of Retail. The successful candidate will be responsible for Retail Design, Retail Leasing Strategy, Tenant Representation, Budget Forecasting, Retail Delivery and Retail Investments.
Job Responsibilities:
• Retail Fitouts
• Space Planning
• Project Estimation, Execution and Management
• Retail Design and Planning
• Retail Leasing
• Financial and Investments
• Retail Site Selection and Negotiation
Requirements
• University Degree in Management, Retail or Hospitality
• Must have at least 10 years of experience in management, retail, hospitality or tourism. Preferably a member of a professional body.
• Must have a strong business acumen and consistent career history
• Should be able to implement policies, maximise revenue, assist in retail works development and oversee operations.
• Proven experience in Retail Consultancy field
• Must have an excellent communication skills
• Must have the ability to communicate/interact and build long relationships
