Head of Retail

Job description / Role

As Head of Retail, you will be responsible for developing and managing all retail strategies and operations across stores based in the UAE and KSA. You will be responsible or managing the business from 1 store to 50 by the end of 2022.

Client Details

My client is a start up business with fast growth plans after raising significant investment. They distribute luxury eye-wear and already have a strong trackrecord online. Now, after several rounds of funding they plan to aggressively grow their retail footprint across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and KSA.

Description

- Manage retail operations across all stores
- Drive sales and revenue targets
- Locate the right store locations for new stores
- Ensure new stores become operational and profitable
- Recruit the right staff for each store and location
- Set and manage KPIS for each of the Store Managers to implement
- Work closely with the owners to ensure the retail growth plans are on track

Requirements

- Proven track record of growing a retail business
- MUST have experience opening new stores within the region
- Experience at General Manager / Retail director level
- Luxury sector preferred
- Dynamic, commercial mindset
