Job description / Role

Charterhouse is working with an iconic luxury beauty and fragrances brand, who is looking to hire a versatile Head of Retail and Training to join their team in the Middle East region.

Our client is looking for a proactive and results driven individual with a strong commercial focus and strategic thinking. The main purpose of this role is to meet the business objectives, drive the performance and maximize the profitability of all the assigned stores, recruit, coach and motivate the in-store teams, as well as financial planning, forecasting, managing P&L and budgeting.

The Head of Retail and Training will define and manage the training strategies for the region, prepare the training plans and deliver the training. This is a 360 hands-on regional role and travelling to other GCC countries will be required. The role will report directly to the General Manager. Being very accessible and having a team spirit is essential for this role.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you need to have passion for luxury and beauty sector and you should demonstrate minimum 8 years’ experience in Retail Management and Training.

The ideal candidate should be proactive with a dynamic personality and strong commercial focus, as well as the ability to demonstrate strategic thinking and problem-solving skills in order to drive results and overcome any given challenges easily.
