Robert Half is exclusively partnering with a dynamic financial services firm based in the ADGM, who are on the lookout for a strategic and experienced Head of Risk. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a pivotal role in a high-performing, multi-asset brokerage that specializes Direct Market Access in Derivatives. The Role
* Oversee and manage enterprise risk, focusing on trade risk and derivatives in a fast-paced financial services environment.
* Lead risk strategy for a regulated multi-asset brokerage
* Design and implement a tailored Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Framework.
* Manage all risk areas, including Operational, Market, and Credit Risks, and approve client NOP limits.
* Draft key regulatory documents such as IRAP/ICAAP, Technology Risk Framework, Order Execution Policy, Business Continuity Management (BCM), and Fraud Risk Policy.
* Conduct regular risk assessments, keeping a close eye on key financial risks and market trends.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to develop robust mitigation strategies.
* Provide quarterly risk reports to the Board, ensuring transparency and proactive risk management.

The Candidate
* Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in enterprise risk, trade risk, and derivatives, ideally within ADGM-regulated financial services firms.
* In-depth knowledge of ADGM/DIFC regulatory frameworks and risk management practices.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, decision-making environment.
* Some flexibility with work-from-home options
