Employment: Full Time

On behalf of our client, a leading brand in the electronic FMCG sector, we are seeking a Head of Sales. We are looking for a passionate leader to integrate and promote the premium-brands portfolio across the Region. The ideal candidate will be focus-oriented to results achievement and should be able to manage and lead a structure of sales to achieve the ambitious goals

Responsibilities:
- Achieve yearly turnover and profit targets delegated by the company
- Structure and negotiate Business Plans with each one of the Distributors across the Region to defend yearly targets delegated by the company
- Delegate clear tasks and responsibilities into the Sales Team to achieve these targets
- Look for opportunities (GFK analysis, channels, others) into the different markets to continue improving the business
- Cross-working with other areas/departments to look for synergies to achieve company goals
- Define a weekly, monthly and quarterly sales goals and the respective meetings to follow the team performance
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly sales reports to provide to Management
- Manage a sales budget to delegate into his team to achieve the targets delegated
- Motivate and energize his team to make proactive decisions in all their communications with clients

Requirements

Essential Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing required (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years’ experience in sales management (people management experience essential)
- Consumer goods experience is requested
- English / Arab languages
- Driver, Strategic Thinker, Problem Solver and Analytic Mindset
