Job description / Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Sales to lead our sales operations in the UAE real estate market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of real estate trends and a proven track record in driving sales growth. As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, building a high-performing team, and fostering lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders. Responsibilities:
Role Overview & Expectations:
- Proven track record in luxury real estate sales (AED 5M+ per transaction)
- Demonstrated ability to lead boutique, high-performing sales teams
- Strong financial acumen and market analysis capability
- Established local agency network (international networks are an advantage)
- Polished, presentable, and able to represent the brand at the highest level
- Agile, data-driven, and strategic – aligning with the Managing Partner’s leadership style and company culture
Requirements:
- Direct experience selling residential properties above AED 5M per unit in the UAE
- Background with one of the yellow-listed developers
- International profiles are welcome, provided they are currently selling high-value properties in the UAE market from the approved developer list
- Proven experience as a Head of Sales or a similar leadership role within the real estate industry.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical abilities to assess market trends and customer insights.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a diverse sales team towards achieving set goals.
- Strong network of contacts in the UAE real estate sector is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects effectively.
Salary:
AED
45,000 to 60,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
