Job description / Role

- Organization of work and management of the sales department.
- Reporting in AMO-CRM and data analysis.
- Achieving key sales indicators.
- If necessary, personal selling.
- Employee training.
- Interaction with related departments of the studio.

- Experience in creating and managing a sales department;
- Building a motivation system, conducting trainings.
- Ability to work in a changing market.
- Structural thinking.
- Experience working with high checks and understanding the specifics of such a client.
- Knowledge of English.
- Self-organization, creativity, flexibility, initiative, reliability, sense of humor and self-irony.

Salary:
AED 18,000 to 35,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
