Job description / Role
The Head of Sales is leading the Sales team and responsible of the strategy and management of the accounts in the Middle East region.

Description
Full operational responsibility for ALL SALES ACCOUNTS
* Reach top line targets per account and business year discussed and approved by director
* Implement and further improve business management processes to monitor and manage all accounts efficiently, especially in regards to sales and stock transparency.
* Regularly monitors, analysis and discusses the performance of the accounts and the competitors with the Manager and initiates corresponding actions.
* Ensures correct margin application in collaboration with the back-office team and implements best possible product assortments

Ensures that the POP is in line with central strategy and guidelines
* Responsible for the implementation of product assortments and VM standards in all POPs in partnership with the accounts
* Drives possible new visual merchandising needs and marketing concepts according to the centrally specified strategy and in alignment with the Head of Marketing.
* Advises the Head of Marketing about current results and future needs regarding local marketing activities in the Middle East region
Distribution expansion
* Drives and owns the Distribution Master Plan for the Middle East Region
* Finds locations/ partners according to distribution plan and qualitative requirements
* Coaches and supports during opening process/ defines initial order and right assortment
* Ensures consistent application of defined strategy for the different distribution channels
TEAM MANAGEMENT
* Performance oriented management: Leads all direct reports with quantitative and qualitative targets, ensures measurement and appropriate feedback and yearly dialogues.
* Defines key performance indicators and benchmarks.
* Manages and coaches the team members and the team
* Ensures the team understands and implements the brand strategy.
* Ensures a consistent application of the defined management approach for the different distribution channels.

Requirements
* 3-5 year's experience in similar position
* Retail background a must
* Experience in the Middle East region required
* Arabic fluency is ideal
