Employment: Full Time

About: This Opportunity is for a Large Multi National Printing Company based in UAE.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for achieving sales, profit & market share targets through improved sales force effectiveness, capitalization of opportunities & providing support for implementation of marketing activities
- Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals
- Develop new markets to achieve growth and penetration targets
- Identifying the key strategic challenges to generate leads and develop the engagement of our key accounts
- Assists in the development of the sales plan.
- Land and expand: build process and funnel for manual top-down reach out, onboarding, activation, and expansion
- Evangelize the product and personally help close largest deals
- Work collaboratively across teams - including Engineering, Product and Marketing
- Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives
- Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development
- Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally

Requirements

- Should have at least 12 + years of experience in a senior management role.
- Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them
- Experience in B2B/Product sales is preferred
- Should have excellent command over written and spoken English
- Knowledge of Arabic and other international languages will be a strong advantage.
- Graduate with a Master’s degree in business management or marketing would be preferred.
- Strong Leadership Management skills.
