We are looking for a passionate and experienced Secondary Head of Science to join our team in the academic year 2025-2026.

As Head of Science, you will:

• Lead and manage a team of dedicated science teachers across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
• Develop and implement an engaging, ambitious, and inclusive science curriculum.
• Drive high standards of teaching, learning, and student achievement.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and professional development within the department.
• Ensure effective use of resources and lead the development of science facilities.
• Work closely with senior leadership to contribute to whole-school initiatives and priorities.
