Position Title: Head of Secondary
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 30,000 AED inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A recognized British curriculum school in Sharjah offering education from early years to secondary level, accredited by BSME and following UK educational standards.
Job Description:
• Lead and manage all academic, pastoral, and operational aspects of the Secondary School.
• Drive student achievement through data-informed curriculum development and assessment strategy.
• Ensure compliance with UAE inspection frameworks and exam board standards.
• Develop and mentor staff while fostering a high-performance learning culture.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education (Postgraduate qualification in educational leadership / school management)
• Minimum 5 years’ teaching experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role within a British curriculum school
• Strong working knowledge of UAE regulatory and inspection frameworks.
• Experience overseeing academic, pastoral systems, operational aspects and student wellbeing frameworks at secondary level
Salary:
AED
30,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
