We are seeking a truly inspirational senior leader as Head of Secondary School for one of our new IB continuum schools, Raffles World Academy, Aljada, Sharjah!

Innoventures Education has been operating K12 schools and nurseries in Dubai for over 20 years, committed to delivering world-class education. Our portfolio of schools includes Dubai International Academy – Emirates Hills, the founding school of the group, Dubai International Academy – Al Barsha, Collegiate International School, Raffles International School, Raffles World Academy, and nine Raffles Nurseries. Now we are proud to be opening two new IB continuum schools in September 2026. We are looking to appoint a Head of Secondary School of the highest calibre to establish and lead the Secondary School reporting to the Principal.

The opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to establish a new Innoventures Education school. The new campus is a brand-new building in an enviable location in Sharjah with state-of-the-art facilities. The Head of Secondary is a leadership role responsible for the overall management and academic progress of Grades 6-12. The Head of Secondary will work closely with the Principal, Head of Primary and other senior leaders to ensure the smooth operation, growth, and success of the Secondary Section.
