The role

A tier one bank is seeking a Head of Service – Securities Services to take end-to-end accountability for technology delivery, vendor/platform strategy, and team leadership across the bank’s expanding Securities Services business.

Responsibilities include:

• Own the technology roadmap and execution for Custody, Fund Administration, and Asset Servicing
• Oversee TCS BaNCS and fund administration platforms (e.g., Multifonds, SimCorp, etc.)
• Drive digital transformation and platform modernization initiatives
• Lead a 10–15 member team, managing delivery, performance, and vendor strategy
• Engage directly with ADX and SCA, ensuring seamless integration and compliance
• Combine Waterfall for COTS projects with embedded Agile practices

Preferred background

• Senior Technology Head, VP, or CTO in Securities Services, Investor Services, Custody, or Fund Administration
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS/Azure) and vendor management
