Head of Short Term Leasing

Charterhouse is working with a renewed international Real Estate advisory firm with offices throughout the UAE and globally. Our client is looking for a Head of Short-Term Leasing, to lead and head up the new short-term department.

This position will lead the short-term leasing business and be responsible for the entire operational cycle of short-term Leasing. You will be mainly focused on the luxury side of the market that offers the highest support for both property owners and customers. You will be required to attend property valuations for short-term rental listings and help homeowners obtain the best rental income expertise in the local real estate community.

Actively seek out new listing opportunities through cold calling and advertising. Ensure every property is set for each new guest arriving, this includes coordinating with cleaning, laundry, maintenance, etc. Follow up on queries and receive bookings from guests through phone and online. Answer questions immediately.

Take immediate action with any complains or queries from guests during their stay at the properties. In addition, you will be required to manage relationships of both property owners and guests and the growing portfolio.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of short-term leasing and excellent presentation and customer care skills with the ability to build strong relationships with property owners. You will need the ability to adapt and prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.

The ideal candidate must have excellent written and strong communication skills, which ensure strong client traction and information flow across product specifics and advisory.
