Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Spare Parts Department to join our team in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all operations related to the spare parts department, ensuring efficiency, driving growth, and exploring new market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the spare parts team, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies for inventory management, reducing excess and obsolete parts.
• Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of parts.
• Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and optimize product assortment.
• Actively explore, develop, and establish new markets to expand the business footprint.
• Ensure and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients to facilitate optimal service delivery.
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports to assess departmental performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in spare parts management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in business development and market expansion.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and processes.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in both English and French is preferred.
