About the Company:

Quest Search and Selection is working with one of the leading retail organization who are currently looking for an experienced Head of Strategic Partnerships and Business Developer for the E-commerce business. This role would be based in Dubai

Job Description:

The responsibilities within this retailer will include:

· Establishing and Developing Third Party partnerships to drive the business forward
· Developing the business and marketing strategies to build brand awareness across the third parties
· Developing various strategic tie-ups with various financial entities, lifestyle apps, and other loyalty programs for customer acquisition
· Developing footprints in the international market and expanding local partners and vendors
· Reviewing all operational challenges and collaborating with other internal teams for smooth executions

Requirements for an Ideal Candidate

· The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who has strong experience building revenue partnerships preferably from the E-commerce industry
· Minimum of 4-6 years of experience working in partnerships, strategy, and business development
· Ability to quickly build and sustain strong relationships with various parties
· High level of influencing skills and the ability to co-ordinate with multiple third parties
· Excellent organizer and driven to achieve objectives. Ability to work under pressure with conflicting demands
