Position Title: Head of Strategic Planning
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 48K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

About the Client:
One of the educational entities responsible of establishing policies and standards that effectively regulate technical and vocational educational

Job Description:
- Lead in the development of strategies, policies and processes across all functions that will help to achieve the company’s mission and core objectives.
- Establish and maintain key strategic relationships with stakeholders
- Monitor performance management and reporting process in a structured and consistent manner, ensuring full back up and supporting information is available to support reporting
- Utilize data and knowledge to continuously review and adjust strategic planning process and plans
- The Head of Strategic Planning is part of the Senior Management Group for the Planning and Development department.
- Co-ordinate with Senior staff on the preparation of the Company 5 year Strategic plan for presentation to the Abu Dhabi Government

Requirements

- Open to Emirati Nationals
- Male, 50 years old and below
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a minimum requirement
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in strategic planning and development, preferably in an educational or training environment.
- Experience of building strategic plans and setting up systems to monitor progress using tools like dashboards, balance scorecards
