Job description / Role
Our client, a leading Bank here in the region are looking for a dynamic and driven Head of Strategy Execution to join their team. As a key member of the Group Strategy department this individual will manage strategy execution across all subsidiaries. Job roles and responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
* Responsible for managing strategy execution across the group.
* Management of CapEX plan, business plan and performance management.
* Management of strategy teams across the group.
* Ensure that quarterly performance management reports are delivered.
* Continuous performance management approach and process.
* Provide the business with guidance on the planning, prioritization and definition of business plans.
* Coordinate with group Corporate Planning and PMO teams to ensure best practices and implementation.
* Provide regular updates of project information through management reports and KPIs.
* The Head of Strategy must possess an in-depth understanding of project management and corporate planning theory and practice.
* Ensure that strategy teams across the business have continuous access to development and training.

Requirements
Candidates should match the below key requirements for the role:
* Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
* Financial services experience is essential for this role.
* Previous role within a management consulting sphere.
* Top tier strategy firm experience is highly desirable.
* The ideal candidate will have spent their early career within a top tier consulting firm before moving in house within a financial services firm or bank.
* Masters' degree or MBA.
* Strong analytical, numerical and planning skills.
* Candidates must have excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to appropriately communicate with senior stakeholders and management.
* Arabic speaking candidates are preferred.
