Job description / Role
As the Head of Strategy, you will work closely with the senior leadership, focussing on designing and implementing the strategic framework for their supply chain and operations division.

Description
* Develop and implement the long-term strategic framework to grow the business through new market/region entry and expansion plans
* Assess and drive business excellence, as well as continuous improvement of target operating models to ensure process optimisation
* Oversee the strategy deployment process, providing advisory and consulting service to internal stakeholders to facilitate the successful delivery of projects
* Utilise your knowledge and expertise within the supply chain and operations sector to drive digital innovations, operational sustainability as well as organisation L&D

Requirements
* An undergraduate or master's degree in Engineering. MBA is strongly beneficial
* 10 - 12 years' experience that is a mix of industry and 3 - 5 years' experience in strategy consulting from a top tier consulting firm, with strong experience in supply chain and operations engagements
* LEAN / Continuous Improvement / Six Sigma is an advantage but not a must
* Strong familiarity with strategic models, metrices and best practices with an aptitude for analytical work.
* Strong command of written and spoken English
* Excellent verbal and written presentation skills
* Ability to interact and engage with the C-level management and executive leadership team
