Job description / Role

We are currently looking for a Head of Supply Chain to work for a Leading Retailer (Fashion) in Dubai, UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

* The Head of Supply Chain will develop and execute a cost-efficient strategy that focuses on customer experience
* Conduct a supply chain transformation that suits the business' demands
* Maintain relationships with supply chain partnerships and networks
* Focus on the supply chain's KPIs and always seek out to improving them
* Develop and execute sales and operations strategy while overseeing the sales forecast and demand planning

Requirements

Key Requirements:

* Candidate must have a Master's degree in supply chain management, engineering or similar field
* Minimum 10 years of managerial experience in supply chain
* Experience in Fashion is a must
* Experience in FMCG is a plus
* Experience in managing external vendors, managing large teams, inventory optimization
* Strong experience in using systems for sales forecasting and demand planning
* The successful Head of Supply Chain candidate must have excellent communication skills
