Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are currently looking for a Head of Supply Chain to work a for a Luxury Retailer (Beauty) in Dubai, UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

* Work alongside top management to develop and execute a cost-efficient strategy that focuses on customer experience.
* Conduct a supply chain transformation that suits the business's demands.
* Maintain relationships with supply chain partnerships and networks.
* Focus on the supply chain's KPIs and continuous improvements projects.
* Develop and execute sales and operations strategy while overseeing the sales forecast and demand planning.
* Support supply chain operations in B2B, B2C and E-commerce.

Requirements

Key Requirements:

* Candidate must have a master's degree in supply chain management, engineering or similar field.
* Candidate MUST have 10 years of experience in Supply Chain and minimum 5 years of experience in Beauty/ Cosmetics within Supply Chain.
* Experience in managing external vendors, managing large teams, inventory optimization.
* Strong experience in using systems for sales forecasting and demand planning.
* Excellent communications skills and natural leadership.
