Head of Supply Chain (Quick Service Restaurants)

Job description / Role

Are you a supply chain leader with strong experience in fast-paced QSR or food operations? Do you excel in building end-to-end supply chain strategies, managing procurement, logistics, inventory, and vendor performance?
We are searching for a highly driven Head of Supply Chain to oversee and scale a nationwide supply chain function for a well-established and fast-growing organization in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the entire supply chain function covering planning, purchasing, warehousing, logistics, and distribution.
• Manage supplier relationships, vendor performance, and contract negotiations to ensure consistent product quality and availability.
• Build and optimize supply chain processes to support business growth, cost efficiency, and operational performance.
• Oversee demand planning, forecasting, inventory accuracy, and stock replenishment for all outlets/locations.
• Align with internal departments (operations, finance, marketing) to support business goals and menu rollouts.
• Evaluate and implement supply chain technologies, automation, and systems improvements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop supply chain teams across multiple regions.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and company policies.

To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:

• Experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or Food Retail / FMCG is mandatory.
• Minimum 8+ years experience in supply chain, including at least 3–5 years in a leadership/managerial role.
• Must have UAE market experience with strong knowledge of local suppliers, logistics networks, and regulatory standards.
• Experience handling procurement or sourcing functions is an added advantage.
• Proven ability to manage multiple suppliers, high SKU volume, and fast order turnaround environments.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
