Job description / Role

A reputable and well-established Bank company is actively recruiting a Head of Sustainable Finance for their team in Dubai or Abu Dhabi.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive financial strategy aligned with the bank's overall sustainability objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Identify and evaluate business opportunities to enhance the bank's portfolio and support sustainable development goals.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the bank's progress related to finance products.
- Ensure strategies adhere to or exceed international standards relating to sustainable finance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate finance principles into the bank's core business activities.
- Provide guidance and expertise to colleagues and clients on investment strategies.

- Degree-level education in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in developing and leading sustainable finance management within the banking or financial service industry.
- Must have strong network within the MENA Region.
- Strong project management and financial modelling skills.
