Head of Talent Acquisition - 35,000AED MAX
Our client is looking for a 'Head of Talent Acquisition' to work alongside the HR Director.
- Reinventing strategy and approach to Talent Acquisition
- Strengthening the Employment Brand to attract the best talent
- Advise and support HRD
- Optimizing the Regional Talent Acquisition Models
- Continuously improve and enhance the candidate and Onboarding experience
- Driving innovation and harnessing digital technologies and social media to attract the best talent
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
- 10 years + of Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience
- Excellent ability to communicate
- Knowledge of Technology/IT roles
- Energetic with a strong work ethic
- Strong knowledge of the E Commerce/Technology space
