The Company

This leading global business based in Dubai has a requirement for 6 months for a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to join and lead Talent Acquisition strategy.

The Role

* You will be responsible for executing the TA strategy, advising influencing the senior management team and control key metrics such as time to hire, cost per hire and client satisfaction.
* This role requires you to develop the strategic people requirements of the business by providing clear leadership and direction.
* You will lead and direct operational recruitment, strong management skills are essential.

Requirements

Candidate Requirements

* The ideal candidate will have proven experience of operating a s strategic level with 5 years of this being in a leadership capacity.
* Experience of recruiting within FMCG, construction or engineering preferable.
* You will be a strong communicator with a flexible approach.
* You will have proven experience of working for a global or multinational company with sound knowledge of both operations and strategic Talent Acquisition.
* Experience of integration, mergers and restructuring advantageous.

Salary & Benefits

* 40,000 to 50,000 AED/Month
