Job description / Role
My client is a leading semi-government company based in Abu Dhabi. They are now going through a period of restructure and a recruiting for a new Head of Talent Acquisition. The candidate must be from a technology company background. This role reports to the Director of Human Capital.
This ideal candidate will meet the below criteria;
- 10 - 12 years recruitment experience
- Must come from a technology company
- Experience in working closely with senior stakeholders is essential
- Have experience in talent management
- Experience in workforce management and manpower planning
- Must have HR Degree
- Must have experience in UAE and understanding of local labor laws
- If you have been involved in a business restructure it's a huge bonus
