Job description / Role
My client is based in Abu Dhabi and has recently gone through a period of change in HR Team. They are looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition to manage their corporate recruitment from A to Z. The ideal candidate would have a mix of in-house recruitment and executive search also. The ideal candidate will be able to build a recruitment function (team members, systems & processes) in line with the future growth plans of the business.
- The ideal candidate would have 10+ years recruitment experience
- Experience in recruiting group level roles in Finance, Accounting, HR, Legal etc.
- Ideally you will have a mix of agency and in-house experience.
- New ideas: In terms of systems, processes, assessment and behavioural tests.
- Someone who is currently based in the UAE and understands the recruitment dynamic here
- Experience searching globally for talent
- Credible, Strategic, Proactive and Influencer
- Strong communicator
