A respected UAE-based Family Company is searching for an experienced Head of Talent Acquisition to lead a team of 10 recruiters and drive a transformative recruitment strategy. This is a unique opportunity to shape talent acquisition frameworks, enhance operational efficiency, and lead the implementation of a new ATS and ERP system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic talent acquisition initiatives aligned with company growth.
- Oversee and mentor a team of 10 recruiters, fostering high performance and collaborative teamwork.
- Lead the implementation of a new ATS and ERP system; experience with Workday, Oracle, Greenhouse, or SAP is highly desirable.
- Ensure seamless integration of technology to streamline recruitment processes and data management.
- Partner closely with senior leadership to understand and fulfill hiring needs across diverse sectors.
- Drive employer branding efforts to attract top-tier local and international talent.
