Position Title: Head of Trading

About the Client:
A Dubai-based full service firm driving complete design & build solutions across MENA region, within energy, education, agriculture, and other industries.

Job Description:
-Develop and execute trading strategies aligned with company objectives and market conditions.
-Identify opportunities and create plans for all sales channels in the region to maximize market penetration.
-Ensure procurement activities are aligned with forecasted demand, inventory positions, and regional market trends.
-Manage P&L accountability for the trading division, optimizing margins and trade flows

-Open to Indian nationals, 50 years old & below
-Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, International Trade, or related field
-Minimum of 15 years’ experience in general trading, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
-Proven track record in trading and managing P&L. Strong understanding of the African market, including regulatory and logistical challenges

Salary:
AED 35,000 to 40,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
