Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client - a prominent retail Group is looking for someone with in-depth knowledge of, and experience building a culture of performance. The remit is to develop the Group‘s Talent Management and Training & Development Framework, tools, and processes needed to support the organization in achieving its strategic objectives ensuring an integrated approach for Talent Management & Training & Development across the Group. To drive and monitor the Group towards the aim of continually developing their employees to achieve business performance targets.

The Group is looking for innovative ways to identify high-performing and high-potential talent, and to accelerate their growth and contributions to the organisation. You’ll help them develop the people they have on their team, from on boarding them with the right information to developing new skills that help will help the company innovate and build better teams.

Responsibilities
- Lead the identification of Company wide Training Needs through the Annual TNA process.
- Develops, Designs and Delivers programmes appropriate to the Training Needs of the Business
- Utilizes a variety of platforms that meet the learning needs of colleagues.
- Obtains feedback and monitors post training progress of participants to assess effectiveness of training model and makes improvements where necessary.
- Drive the transformation of the business through the development of talent.
- Measures the Return on Investment of programmes through effective evaluation and use of HR Management Information.
- Focus on organizational assessment and design, business process improvement
- Evaluate and implement assessment tools for identifying high potentials
- Identify and integrate training programs to enhance leadership and management capability
- Re-design the performance management strategy to drive engagement, skills development and a performance driven culture
- Integrate talent management, performance management and change management to focus the business on accountability, results and execution
- Participates in the development of strategic organizational plans and programs specifically from a people perspective.
- Drive a Performance-Based culture that ensures fairness, opportunity, and engagement of all team members.

Salary:
AED 45,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

- Retail experience preferred
- 8+ years of progressive experience in human resources and/or Training & Talent related roles
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in a related field: Human Resources Development, Human Resources Management, Organizational Development
- Strong focus on internal Customer First mentality
- Committed to the highest levels of integrity, ethics, and professionalism
- Strong understanding of best-in-class integrated talent management practices
- Has proven track record of building and maintaining talent networks
- Excellent knowledge of Human Resources, Training and management functions, systems, and procedures.
