Our Client is a leading fashion retailer that has large number of stores across the Middle East. Their head office is based in Dubai.
Description
For the role of Head of Visual Merchandising - Fashion, we are looking for an experienced professional who wants to work for a leading fashion organization.
As Head of Visual Merchandising - Fashion you will be responsible for development and implementation of effective Visual Merchandising standards and methods. By working closely with the Marketing, Buying, Finance and Retail team you will continue to manage the development of effective visual merchandising and creative displays to create a world class visually stunning brand proposition and in store environment.
In order to be considered for the Head of Visual Merchandising - Fashion you must have experience in managing and handling stores in an own brand experience.

Requirements
The Head of Visual Merchandising - Fashion would have the following requirements:
- A minimum level of education of a Bachelors Degree.
- 5-10 years of experience in visual merchandising role in a retail organization.
- Be able to develop and manage visual guidelines.
- Ideally should have experience designing stores and products.
- Advanced knowledge of consumer behavior and market trends.
- Willing to relocate or be based in Dubai.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
