Position Title: Head of Vocational Training

Job Description:
- Set up the vocational training function, the goals, and main objectives of this vertical and ensure implementation after acquiring the right approvals
- Own the function’s budget and ensure profitability while maintaining the value of our programs
- Steer the development, revision, and delivery of the vocational training courses, including the development of curricula and training material
- Set up a community of trainers in readiness for delivery of the vocational programs
- Coordinate with the government authorities to ensure our programs are certified
- Coordinate with the government authorities to certify our trainer for delivery of NQA courses

Requirements

Qualifications:
- Open to Arabic nationals
- 45 years old and below
- With relevant bachelor’s degree or post graduate certification is a plus
- With at least 10 years’ experience in the field of vocational training and talent development
- Solid experience in managing and implementing technical and vocational education training projects
- Previous experience in working with private and government sector on vocation training
- Previous experience in coordination with certifying authorities on vocational trainings
- Specific experience in working with training course development and/or labour market analysis will be a distinct advantage
- Open-minded and creative with strong leadership, people & networking skills
exceptional communication, coordination and project management skills is an advantage
