Our client, a leading regional bank within their industry with an office in Dubai, are looking for a head of investment and advisory with banking experience based in the UAE/GCC. They are looking for candidates with exceptional investments products knowledge. The role is located in Dubai.
Client Details
Our client is a leading Financial Services organisation within their industry and have their HQ in Dubai. The team's main function is to build customer relationships and assist with products and services based on their needs.
Description
* Build strategies to grow revenue for priority banking customers
* Interact with customers to develop investment proposals and manage their portfolios
* Work with the sales team to discuss and implement asset allocation plans
* Undertake training and regular monitoring of all RMs on various investment products
* Coordinate with the TCM team for strategic asset allocation
* Confirm compliance to policies as well as reduce the amount of miss-selling
* Assist the product team with developing new treasury and investment products and provide the team with advice on market movements and consumer needs

Requirements
* Minimum 8 years of experience in banking or wealth management
* Minimum 3 years wealth management and investment product experience, as well as experience across a range of other banking areas, for conventional and Islamic products
* CFA qualified
* Leadership & team-player qualities
