Job description / Role
Position Title: Head Chef – Bread Section
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 14K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
A premium bakery brand, in Dubai known for its artisanal pastries, breads, and exquisite desserts combining flavors with contemporary innovation.
• Supervise and manage the bread production section, ensuring quality, consistency, and efficiency.
• Develop and innovate new bread recipes in line with French baking traditions and seasonal trends.
• Oversee the preparation of a variety of breads including sourdough, baguettes, brioche, and other breads.
• Monitor dough fermentation, proofing, and baking to achieve optimal flavor and texture.
Requirements:
• Open to Asian nationalities, 45 years old and below
• Minimum 7 years of experience in artisan bread baking, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or head chef role.
• Has experienced working in high-volume bakery production.
Salary:
AED
10,000 to 14,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
