Play Your Part
Reporting to the VP of Sales and Marketing. You will lead the strategic admission pricing development, Including rack, discounts, seasonal, structure, package structure, annual passes and channel strategy. You will ensure the key product pricing guidelines are followed and there is consistency of marketing, sales and pricing activities through the year. You will also provide insights through past activities, trends and customer behavior to help optimize revenues. Carry out visitation and revenue budgeting, forecasting and analysis. Monitor, report and analyze results,

You will support the maintenance and development of product/ promotions and sales channels in the system, you will monitor. analyze and report product/ promotion in the system, strong business partnering will be required and collaborating with cross functional teams like Marketing, e-commerce, Finance and IT across DM, Individual Parks and Lapita Hotel.

Main Duties:
- Leverage consumer research to generate insights for pricing and product definition
- Analyze sales data to understand guest behavior by identifying trends and patterns in consumer transactions.
- Recommend product / pricing layout to maximize demand and conversion on various channels (at the gate, website, etc.)
- Identify upselling opportunities across the resort and implement the relevant mechanics to drive increased guest spending
- Consider in-park spending to identify package opportunities and ensure consistency of strategies with in-park operations
- Leverage industry / competition benchmarks to identify new trends and potential opportunities
- Maximize utilization of available technology to drive sales and per cap
- Take part to annual strategy definition, devising with Marketing, Sales and Operations the main strategies to drive visitation and per cap
- Develop and provide Revenue Budget reflecting strategies and help identifying potential highs and lows
- Provide insights from analysis on strategic opportunities to drive revenue
- Develop and maintain budgeting tools
- Set targets for selling and upselling to sales or reservation departments, in compliance with the budget objectives
- Gather insights from the various teams and develop correct assumptions leveraging analysis
- Build and maintain flexible and accurate forecasting tools
- Share and explain the forecast to the company's stakeholders
- Ensure the product management process is followed
- Work with IT for product setup in VGS
- Communicate and provide the required information to the relevant stakeholders
- Ensure each channel offers the right price at the right conditions
- Recommend processes for sales, reservations or ticketing that is coherent with the overall strategy and drive upselling
- Ensure high standards of data and segmentation quality through system maintenance and audits
- Build and maintain central reporting
- Provide KPIs analysis on a regular basis
- Ensure coordination of operations and proper execution of promotions and initiatives
- Maximize revenues of ancillary products through revenue management practices
- Create and maintain business relationships with key stakeholders in Destination Management (DM) Sales Team, Marketing & PR, eCommerce Team, Individual Parks, Finance, and IT, to
- Identify opportunities to improve long-term company profits as well as execute the plans on a daily basis
- Lead or take part to revenue projects and identify opportunities to strengthen the role of the department

Requirements

In order to be qualified for this role you should possess the below criteria:

Essential:

- Degree in Business Administration and/or Hospitality Management/Finance.
- Minimum of 6 to 8 years professional working experience in Hospitality, Tourism, Government, Theme Park industry or FMCG
- Team leadership, coaching, development, recruitment and alignment within Sales, Marketing and eCommerce teams
- Strategic commercial planning and execution
- Proactive, passionate, action orientated and result driven.
- Organized, disciplined, dedicated, loyal and a self-starter.
- Focused, energetic and flexible.
- Fluent in English in addition to the language spoken in the specific geographical area.
- Assertive but with a diplomatic approach to business.
- Must possess top level business management, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
- High level commercial & decision making skills.
- Presentation and public speaking attributes.
- Pricing experience is preferred.
