Job Purpose:

To lead, manage, and develop Dubai Airports' enterprise risk management programmes and framework, advise Dubai Airports' Groups/ Business Units on their adherence to policies and procedures as well as applicable laws and regulations, and monitor other risk management functions such as risk assessments, risk analysis, and compliance audits in order to protect Dubai Airports' strategic, business, and operational interests, ensure compliance with domestic and international laws and regulations, and mitigate risk.

Requirements

Qualifications and Education:

- The jobholder should have a degree in accounting, business administration or any related discipline

Experience:

- The jobholder should have 8 years of experience in risk management with at least 3 years being in a team leadership role and an experience in the aviation industry is preferable

Training:

The jobholder should attend courses or seminars in auditing in fields related to the activities of DA and its companies (and their related sub-divisions).

Knowledge:

- Business acumen
- Knowledge of Dubai Airports' Groups/ Business Units and their operations
- Understanding of the aviation industry
- Knowledge of corporate policies, procedures, and processes
- Knowledge of statistics, data collection, analysis, and data presentation
- Knowledge of federal and state laws, regulations, and accreditation standards
- Crisis management
- Problem solving skills
- Computer proficiency (especially with MS Word and Excel)
- Risk management
- Project management
