Job description / Role
* Exciting opportunity to work for one of the largest UAE based financial services institutions.
* Must have enterprise architecture experience within financial services or digital domains.
Our client is a large Islamic financial solutions provider. An ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the organisation's complete architecture system whilst successfully leading a transition towards Agile methodology and acting as the main leader for all respective systems and platforms support teams.
Key responsibilities include:
* Drive organisation wide solution architecture
* Lead complex product development and support on key decision making
* Building and implementing common structures and best class practices.
* Technical expertise and Leadership
* Drive software delivery experience
Requirements
What the ideal candidate will have:
* At least 15+ years of enterprise solution architecture experience within the banking or financial services sector
* Strong leadership capabilities
* Strong stakeholder and management skills
* Knowledge of Islamic Banking would be an added advantage but not a necessity
* Strategic capability
* Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field
