Head- Solution Hub

What you'll deliver
- You'll design and deliver the strategy of all HR Data Management and employee services for the organisation
- You'll lead all new technology implementations and process improvements within the hub, ensuring a streamlined approach and a quick turnaround of HR activities
- You'll monitor and report on service delivery KPI's and SLA's through real time dash boarding in conjunction with key stakeholders and other HR functions
- You'll continually work to improve HR processes and service delivery opportunities throughout the Solution Hub and wider HR

Requirements

What you bring
- You'll be educated to a Degree Level in a relevant field
- You'll have a at least 10 years' experience in HR Operations, with at least 5 years in a Senior Management role within HR
- Subject Matter Expertise in HR Technology Optimization
- Expertise of best customer service practices and HR process improvement
