Head Therapist (Female)

Job description / Role

As a Head Therapist, you will be responsible for assisting the Spa Manager in maintaining the spa facilities, high quality of service to guests, training spa employees to achieve the hotel's standards and selling products and services effectively.

What you will be doing:

- Ensures cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of responsibility, and that all equipments are well maintained.
- Trains spa employees to maintain high level of professionalism and guest satisfaction, and in the upselling of products and treatments offered.
- Provides guests with the best possible service, and maintains the overall standard of the spa in all aspects.

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and a professional presentation
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in 5 star Hotels
- Ability to work cohesively and lead fellow colleagues as part of a team

Marjan Island Resort is located in Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah the hotel has 299 rooms and suites with sea view rooms and adjacent beach. the hotel has 11 outlets, swimming pool, Spa and Health club. Great team achieving year on year results.
