Position Title: Head Waiter
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 6K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus tips and duty meal

About the Client:
A fine dining seafood restaurant in Dubai
Job Description:
• Manage FOH and FOH team
• Serve food and beverages according to service standards and checks the quality and consistency before serving
• Creates a warm guest dining experience through a personalised approach and attention to detail
• Handle guests’ order and accurately inputs orders in system, adhering to cash handling procedures and cash register policies
• Checks all set ups, and organize the side station before and after the operation of each shift as per side station set up standard and Clears tables and plates, glassware etc. when required
• Adheres to all other service standards and procedures
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Filipino, Eastern European, and South Africans
• 40 years old and below
• Diploma or any relevant certificates
• At least 1 year of experience in the same role in hospitality or F&B industry in the UAE
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
