Join a leading hospitality company in Dubai with a portfolio of award-winning fine dining and lifestyle venues. This six-month seasonal role offers the opportunity to work in high-end, international-standard restaurants with the potential to move into a permanent position based on performance. The position is open to candidates both inside and outside the UAE who have a passion for luxury service and guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support the service team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Deliver exceptional guest service in line with fine dining standards.
• Manage table sections and coordinate orders between guests, kitchen, and bar teams.
• Train and guide junior staff to maintain consistent quality and professionalism.
• Handle VIP guests and special requests with discretion and care.
• Promote premium menu items and contribute to revenue growth.
• Ensure hygiene, grooming, and service standards are maintained at all times.

Requirements

• 2–4 years’ experience in a fine dining or luxury hospitality environment.
• Proven track record as a head waiter/waitress or senior waiter in high-volume, high-end restaurants.
• Fluent English required; a European language is an advantage.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Impeccable presentation and attention to detail.
• Confident handling of guest feedback and service recovery.

Additional information

This is a six-month seasonal contract with the potential for a permanent role based on performance. Multiple vacancies are available across several of the group’s fine dining and lifestyle venues. Candidates based outside the UAE are encouraged to apply. Flights, visas, and medical costs are fully covered for relocation.
