Position Title: Captain Waiter
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 4.5K AED depending on experience & qualifications, plus incentives, tips, and overtime pay
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
A well-known Arabic restaurant and café in Dubai

Job Description:

• Oversee and guide the waitstaff team, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth operations.
• Greet and interact with guests, ensuring a positive dining experience by addressing any concerns or requests.
• Ensure orders are taken accurately, processed efficiently, and delivered to customers in a timely manner.
• Train new waitstaff, providing guidance on menu knowledge, service standards, and company policies

• Open for Arabic nationals, Male, 35 years old & below
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a waiter in the UAE, preferably in Arabic or fast-paced dining restaurants.
• Knowledgeable in Arabic and Mediterranean cuisine is an advantage

Salary:
AED 1,000 to 4,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: plus incentives, tips, and overtime pay
