Job description / Role
Alderwood are currently looking to recruit for a Competent and Qualified Lecturer that can deliver all aspects of Health Care Management to Degree Level.
Our client is looking for a candidate that is competent to teach the first year subjects for the Masters of Healthcare Management and the Graduate Certificate in Healthcare Management program.
In order to successful full fill this vacancies requirements, the ideal candidate must be able to deliver the following units:
- Safety and Quality
- Leadership in Health Care
- Bioethics and Law for Health Care Leadership
- Health Policy in an Australian Context
- Managing in a Health Care Environment
- Human Factors: The Impact on Patient Safety
- Financial Management in Health Care

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Educated to Master Degree level
- Qualified Teachers Status
- 1t least 5 years' experience in an education environment
Required Teaching Experience:
- Teaching or training in an academic or industry context involving adult learning. Postgraduate teaching experience is ideal.
Required Industry Experience:
- Relevant Industry experience in a leadership/management role will be strongly advantageous.
