Kendrick Recruitment is working with a newly opening Hospitality Establishment in the heart of the Middle East, this hotel group is internationally recognised and we are seeking stand out candidates to be part of the opening team. We are currently seeking a Health and Safety Manager to join this exciting new adventure.

This property is situated along the beachfront the establishment will possess a variety of modern amenities will be a part of the experience including a beach club, indoor and outdoor pools, a spa with a dedicated wellness centre and space for meetings and conventions. A particular highlight of the hotel will be the unique and award-winning Food and Beverage outlets featuring top chefs and dining concepts.

Job Description:
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with the Hotels' Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Safety and Security Manager is responsible to develop, implement, monitor and evaluate the hotel’s health & safety procedures, including fire safety, employee and asset/environment protection.

Requirements

Qualifications:
Ideally with NEBOSH qualifications/ similar professional diploma or certificate in Health and Safety. Minimum 2 years work experience as in a similar role with diverse and wide-ranging operations covering F&B, Rooms, Residences and Leisure facilities Good practical, operational and adequate administrative skills are a must.
