Job description / Role
We are looking for a tenacious and experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our Healthcare team in Dubai.
The most essential part of this role is to successfully maintain and further extensively develop the existing Healthcare desk. Hays Healthcare is considered to be the undisputed current market leader in recruiting internationally based consultant level physicians into the UAE and GCC regions.
Due to the continued growth and continuous development in the UAE Healthcare industry, we are now expanding Hays Healthcare in order to continue to deliver an expert and bespoke service to our growing in list of clients and specialist candidates.
As well as developing our Healthcare clients in Dubai and across the GCC, you will also need to be proficient in advising/guiding senior level consultants and specialists on the current healthcare market and licensing trends.
Requirements
In order to be considered for this role you will be degree qualified, have a minimum of three years’ experience recruiting physicians in to the UAE/GCC healthcare market, understand the UAE licensing process and have a strong business development background.
