Helpdesk Engineer

Job description / Role

As a Deskside Engineer, you will provide day?to?day IT support to ensure systems, hardware and applications run smoothly for employees. You'll act as a reliable technical point of contact, resolving issues and delivering a great user experience.

Description

* Respond to IT support requests across hardware, software, systems and networks
* Install, configure and update IT equipment, applications and tools
* Assist with IT projects such as upgrades, migrations and backups
* Maintain accurate documentation, inventory and system performance records
* Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues
