We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Helper to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing industry. Based in the vibrant city of Dubai, UAE, this position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our production processes while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, attentive to detail, and possess a strong work ethic, playing a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and assembly of materials and products according to specifications.
- Support machine operators by providing tools, materials, and assistance as needed during production runs.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and tools to ensure proper functioning and report any malfunctions to supervisors.
- Participate in the loading and unloading of materials and products, ensuring proper handling and storage.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet production targets.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used during shifts.
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying supervisors of shortages or discrepancies.
- Engage in continuous learning and training opportunities to enhance skills and contribute to personal and professional development.
- Support the team in various tasks as assigned by supervisors, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to take on new challenges.

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in manufacturing or related fields are a plus.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the manufacturing sector is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects safely.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and machinery is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality and safety.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts as required by production schedules.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a manufacturing setting is a plus.

Salary:
AED 900 to 1,195 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
